Kansas City Santa Dash 5k in Historic Westport begins at 10am on December 9, 2023! Fill the streets with holiday cheer as hundreds of Santas run through the streets of Kansas City!
Every participant will receive a long-sleeve race shirt or a Santa suit, a finisher medal/ornament, and holiday treats - who doesn't like hot chocolate? Santa Suits include Santa's hat, pants, belt, and coat. Finisher medal/ornaments for all too!
Elf Dash: For ages 12 & under! All Elf Dash participants will receive a race shirt and goodie bag.

Participant Guide
Packet Pickup: Friday, December 9th from 12-6pm at Fleet Feet - Kansas City (Garry Gribble's Running Sports), 8600 Ward Parkway. Receive 20% off from Garry Gribble's with your bib during packet pickup or on race day.
Raceday Packet Pickup will be available from 8:30-9:45am at Gambal's Social Club, 4116 Pennsylvania Ave, Kansas City, MO 64111.
Runners may pick up another packing by providing the runners name.
Schedule of Events
8:30-9:45am: Packet Pickup and race day registration
10:00am: 5k run/walk begins
10:15am: Post race festivities begin
11:00am (or after last 5k finisher): Elf dash kids run!
Start/Finish: The race begins at 10:00am in front of Manor Square, 4050 Pennsylvania Ave, KCMO 64111 and will finish there as well. The Elf Dash will begin at the completion of the 5k in the same location.
Awards will be given to the top 3 Male and Female finishers overall and for the following age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-80, 80+
The Awards tent will be located past the finish line area close to the DJ and results tent. If you are unable to receive your award, they will be at Garry Gribble's - Ward Parkway with a list of results.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Race registrations can be transferred to another participant. You can do this via runsignup.com under your login information. If this race is cancelled for any reason, all registered participants will automatically become virtual runners. If the race is postponed, all participants will be registered for the new date. Shirts, medals and swag will be available for pick up.
Registrations cannot be transferred to another year or another race.
